Until now, the usefulness of retail media has been limited by a lack of information about the impact of campaigns on shopper buying behavior. Aggregated studies talk about averages, but don't provide enough detail to really understand performance factors or pinpoint what actions to take to improve results. The first stream, or playlog, is a record of in-store digital content play. Then we add measurable shopper behavior data — point-of-sale, interactive, traffic, engagement cameras, and more. Our advanced analytics engine combines all available information, then accounts for common retail noise that can make it difficult to isolate the effect of a marketing program, like out-of-stock items or temporary price reductions. This enables us to reliably isolate the sales impact of each shopper marketing campaign across thousands of stores and millions of transactions while campaigns are live.
