DS-IQ Advisor: Nancy Schoendorf
Nancy Schoendorf joined MDV in 1993, bringing 17 years of industry experience in a variety of engineering and executive positions. Nancy leads investments in the areas of software and services.
Nancy spent 10 years at Hewlett-Packard where she ran operating systems projects, including HP-UX and its real-time extensions, as engineering section manager. She later joined Software Publishing Corp. (SPCO), creator of Harvard Graphics, serving as an officer and vice president of R&D and product development. Following that assignment, she managed the development of the Solaris kernel and operating system as director of systems software development at Sun Microsystems.
Nancy earned a bachelor's degree with distinction in computer science and mathematics from Iowa State University and a master's degree with honors in business administration (MBA) from the University of Santa Clara.

Frazier Technology Ventures is headquartered in Seattle and focuses on mobile, communications, web services, and software investments. The six-person investing team leverages its broad experience to identify, fund, and build category-defining technology companies. The team's operating backgrounds include executive roles at AT&T, CCube, EdMark, LSI Logic, Metapath, Microsoft, RealNetworks and Visio. Frazier Technology Ventures is part of the 14-year-old Frazier Healthcare and Technology franchise, which has more than $1.3 billion under management.
DS-IQ Advisor: Len Jordan
Len Jordan serves on the board of Control4, DS-IQ, Medio, and Wetpaint. He most recently served as a senior vice president at RealNetworks (NASDAQ: RNWK), where he managed the Media Systems Division from 1997 to 1999, releasing four major versions of the RealSystem software platform and generating the majority of the company's 100-percent-plus annual revenue growth during the period.
From 1999 through 2001, Len's team pioneered RealNetworks' entry into non-PC markets, developing products and technology integration agreements with Nokia mobile phones, Sony PlayStation game consoles, and numerous television set-top boxes. Prior to this, Len was president of Creative Multimedia, Inc., a developer and publisher of CD-ROM/Internet products. Creative codeveloped CD-ROM/Internet reference products with Time-Warner, USNews, Viacom, and Billboard before its acquisition in 1995 with TBG Holdings nv. In addition, Len led the product management on PCTools utility software for several years at Central Point Software before it was acquired by Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC). He began his career at Safeco Insurance Company (NASDAQ: SAFC) developing financial models for personal computer automation of the independent insurance industry.
Len graduated magna cum laude from the Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah with BS degrees in finance and economics. He has served on the boards of 10 early stage technology companies and lives with his wife and four children in Seattle, Washington. Len is a director of Control4, Wetpaint, and Medio Systems, Inc.
